Baseliners HQ Demo
A club website that takes membership applications, and the screens the committee uses to review them.
Every club gets its own website on Baseliners HQ, with its name, logo, pictures and wording. Visitors can see what membership costs and apply online, and the membership secretary reviews each application in one list.
These screens are from Greenmount Tennis Club, a demonstration club with four courts. Its members are invented.
The home page carries the club's name, logo and pictures, with slides that link straight to court booking, coaching and membership. The committee edits all of it from Club Settings.
Each package shows its price, the membership year and who it covers. Family, junior and student packages each set who has to hold the account.
The applicant fills in one form for the whole household, with each person's date of birth, category and emergency contact. Nobody needs an account to apply.
A new application arrives in Subscriptions marked for review, alongside every active membership, what has been paid and what is still owed.
The account holder sees the package, the payment and everyone it covers, including whether each person has a login yet, and can ask the club to add or remove a family member.
